GoodDose is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, reviewed, processed, sent to a provider, sent to a pharmacy, shipped, or otherwise fulfilled.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, pharmacies, provider review, weather, supply issues, customs, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.

Where applicable, risk of loss may pass to you when products are transferred to the carrier.

GoodDose may help facilitate access to provider review, pharmacy fulfillment, or related services. Healthcare services, if offered, are provided by licensed providers or provider networks, not by Shopify.

Medication is prescribed only when a licensed healthcare provider determines it is medically appropriate. No prescription, medication, dosage, result, shipment, refill, or treatment outcome is guaranteed.

Compounded medications, if prescribed, are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.
