Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
We want you to feel confident using GoodDose. If you have questions about an order, billing issue, damaged item, or refund request, please contact us at support@gooddoserx.com.
Returns
Due to the nature of healthcare, prescription, and personal care products, certain items may not be eligible for return once they have been dispensed, shipped, opened, used, or otherwise fulfilled. This includes prescription medications, compounded medications, medical supplies, personal care goods, perishable items, and any item that cannot be safely restocked or resold.
If you believe an item is eligible for return, please contact us at support@gooddoserx.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an approved return, the item must generally be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You may also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@gooddoserx.com so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for prescription medications, compounded medications, opened or used personal care products, perishable goods, custom or special-order products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@gooddoserx.com.
Consultations, Prescriptions, and Fulfillment
Submitting an intake form, completing a consultation, or placing an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Treatment eligibility is determined by a licensed healthcare provider. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, contact us at support@gooddoserx.com so we can review next steps based on the status of your order and applicable program terms.
